なんだこのiPad旋風は！
朝、ニュースサイトを見ているとiPadの文字だらけ！
なんか、意外な人が買ってる気がする。
Macファン、Appleファンとかよりも。
教育関連でのiPadの利用は想像もつくし、
多くの情報があったので驚かなかったけど
驚いたのは医療現場での活用法。
CTスキャンやレントゲン写真などを患者のベッドに持って行って
必要ならば拡大すると言う。
素晴らしい！
アイデアというのは、思いつく人がいて、
それを拒む人がいて、
それでもそれを薦める人がいて
そうやってはじめて活用に行き着く。
そういった意味でも医療現場での活用というのは
刺激になるし、
自分は、ホントにまだまだなんだな〜と
思ってしまう（笑）

What the hell is going on? iPad, iPad, iPad and iPad!
When I brows around the web news sites, I found many posted about iPad.
I guess the buyers are people who used to be interested in Apple products.
I was surprised that.
I could easily imagine that they use iPad for education.
And I got a lot of information about that.
But the what surprised me was that the doctors used it in hospitals.
They bring iPad to patients and see his CT scans and X-rays.
Then close up X-rays photos, if he needs it.
That’s great idea!

Ideas were thought by someone.
And someone does not accept it.
Even though, someone does achieve it.
At last the ideas are used by people.

I was moved by this idea.
And I thought I needed some efforts about thinking ideas.

My German friend went to see the Mortorpsycho’s live in Hamburg.
He’s really into it.
I am always told about their song and how much like.
He told me he’ll buy a Motorpsycho’s t-shirt for me!
I was glad to hear that but as usual, I don’t have nothing to give him.
Nihonshu I gave him the other day was not agree with him.
Because I didn’t listen about that yet ^^;
Oh, I hope he doesn’t mind it.
Even few Japanese people can’t drink it.

ハンブルグの友達がモーターサイコを見に行っている。
実況中継のメールがあった。
いっつも、彼からは、モーターサイコの話を聞いてるし、どれだけモーターサイコが好きかってことも知ってる。
彼は僕にモーターサイコのTシャツを買ってくれると言ってくれた！
すげえうれしい！がしかし、いつものように僕には彼にあげるものがない。君に聞かせる歌もない。心はいつでも半開き．．
この前送った日本酒は、きっと彼の口には合わなかったのだろう。
なぜなら日本酒の感想がまったく来ない（笑）
でも、気にしなくていい、日本人でも日本酒が好きじゃない人は結構いる。
もちろん、僕は大好き。だから送ったんだけどね。

「子」が付く女の子の名前/Girls’ name with “ko”

Recently, I noticed that I can find many girls’ name with “ko.”
When I watch TV and read magazines, I find these names.
For example, Seiko, Ryoko and Shoko.
While ago, many girls in Japan felt girls’ name with “k” wasn’t cool name.
Because they felt it was too old name, I guess.
But the other countries’ people can easy to find name with “ko” is Japanese name.
So I’m glad about that.
If I had a baby girl? Well, I don’t know I choose the name with “ko” or not, but I’ll give her beautiful Japanese name.
最近、テレビや雑誌などを見ていて若い女の子の名前に「子」が付いているのをよくみるようになった。
たとえば、せい子、りょう子、しょう子．．．って感じ。
ちょっと前までは「子」がつく名前をダサイと思っている日本人が結構いたと思う。
古いから、というのがその理由らしい。
でも、「○○スキー」っていうとロシア人でしょ、と想像つくように、外人から見て「子」がつく名前というのは容易に日本人だということが想像出来るので、個人的にはいいことだと思う。
僕に女の子が生まれたら？「子」を付けるか付けないかは、分からないけど、美しい日本の名前を付けると思う。

茂木英語CNN/Mogi on the CNN zine

茂木さんがCNNという雑誌で英語の勉強法を教えてくれている。何回も言ってるとおり、僕は茂木さんの英語に対する考え方が好きだ。彼はいつも言う。TOEICなんか重要じゃない。必要なのは英語のシャワーを浴びること。読んで読んで読みまくる事。彼自身が高校生の時に赤毛のアンシリーズを原書で読んだ事がブレイクするーになっている。もしあなたが英語を話せるようにならないと思うなら、それは圧倒的に英語に対する時間が短いんだ。この意見に100％賛成。これ以上シンプルな理由は他にないと思う。

Mr.Mogi teach us how to learn English on a magazine called “CNN.”
As I told you several times, I like his way of thinking about learning English.
He often says that he thinks TOEIC isn’t very important to learn English.
He’s been saying “READ, READ,READ!”
When he was high school student, he read whole series of Anne, then he had a breakthrough about not reading English but also speaking and writing.
If you do not speak English well, you don’t have time for English enough yet. I completely agree with his words.That’s really simple reason.

当時は、千葉に住んでたんだけど
なぜか新宿で飲もうということになった。
Back then, we lived in Chiba city, but we decided to drink alcohol at Shinjuku for a change.

一件目はフツーの居酒屋
刺身と瓶ビールがうまかった
The first Izakaya was really simple style store and Sashimi and Bottled beers were so delicious.
(Izakaya is Japanese style pub)

二軒目は名前忘れたけど、とんでもなくでかい
大衆居酒屋で
食べたものは覚えてない。
Second, it was public Izakaya whose name I forgot was very big one, but I don’t remember what we ate.

そして
しょんべん横町
And then, we went to the “Shonben-Yococho.”
Shonben-Yococho was dirty narrow street, there were a lot of Izakayas.

ここは、この親友と本当によく来た場所。
We went there a lot and love there.

公衆トイレでケンカしてるサラリーマンは
シャレにならないくらい笑わせてくれた（笑）
Shonben-Yococho had a public toilet.
When we went there, business person fought with his manager.
It was like a comedy.
So we laughed at them a lot!

べろんべろんになって俺達は
Finally, we lambasted, and…

帰りの電車で当時流行ってたエンジニアブーツ
In a train, on the way home, he did wear the engineer boots.
オレの影響でエンジニアブーツ買ったんだ
ってうれしそうに話してた。
He told me that he bought it because the boots I did were was cool.
「カッコいいじゃん」
I think it suits you I said.
って言った。
あまり似合ってなかったけど。
Honestly, I didn’t think so…^^
