Itch
My hay fever is same as last year’s.
I feel something in the eye but there isn’t any thing.
I almost scratch them because it really itches.
At least, about one month I should be put up with it.

I didn’t take any rest all day yesterday.
I don’t exaggerate.
We packed about 20 boxes.
And I did work in my spare time.
Therefore, I did sleep well and I woke up at 3:30AM, OH NO!

This afternoon, we told our janitor about moving out of this apartment building.
She was so surprised.
She told us that “I’m lonely.”
Of course we also are.
She looks like my mom a bit.
So we like her.
She always clean our building and smile us.
She’s the best janitor I know.

it’s hard for me but we enjoy it!

最近毎週水曜日が休肝日にしてます。
たったそれだけでものすごいストレスです。
なんか楽しみが減った気持ち。
朝起きて、ああ今日は飲めないのかって。
どんだけ依存してんだ
って感じ。
まあでも予定では今年の終わり頃には家で飲まなくなってるはずなので…

Lately I have not been drinking alcohol every Wednesday.
It’s so stressy!
it’s feel like I lost one of pastimes.
when I wake up, I think that I can’t drink them today.
But everything will be ok.
I will stop drinking alcohol when the last day of this year.
