The day before yesterday,
I sent present from Japan to Hamburg.
I said present, but there are small things.
Japanese alcohol, Koma, Yo-yo, Kaleidoscope, Japanese senkou, and etc.
When I think about Japanese things, and when I talk about Japan to foreigner, I love our country.
I don’t know why about that. but something might has changed with me.

If you were given file including garbled characters,
do not open it with any applications,
open it with Web browser ex. IE, Safari or Firefox.

This is easiest way that you can fix your garbled characters!

euc関連で、いただいたファイルの一部分に文字化けがあるのは
よくあることですが
文字化けを直す、すごく簡単な方法を見つけたので
紹介してみたいと思います。

それは、いただいたファイルをテキスト系のアプリで開かずに
ウェブブラウザで開く
これだけ。

僕はSafariを愛用しているのですが
Safariの場合は、FileメニューのOpenから
頂いたファイルを開くだけ。

これだけでテキスト系アプリでは文字化けしていたものが
直っていました。

種類が限られる対策法かもしれんですが
自分は知らなかったのでメモ。

I’ve tried German beer my friend sent me.
“JEVER” is little bit bitter. after I drunk it, I feel it.
“ASTRA” is bit smooth as he told me.
So these 2 beers were really delicious!
Actually, I love BEERS,
usually I drink beer with some foods,
but these 2 beers didn’t need it.

Speaking of German beer,
I imagined that they sip non-chilled beer because Germany is cold.
but he told me “you should chill it when you drink”
So I did it.
I’m going to send him something before too long.

ハンブルグの友達が送ってきた
ドイツのビールをいただきました。
JEVERは少しビター。後味がビター。
ASTRAは割とスムース。
でも、２つともメチャメチャうまかったです！
僕はビールが大好きなのですが
久しぶりに、つまみなしで味わえるビールに出会えた感じです。
ドイツというと寒いところで
常温のビールをチビチビ飲んでるイメージがありましたが
「冷やして飲んでくれ」と念を押されていたので
冷やして飲みました。
今度は、こちらから何か送ってあげたいと思っています。

I told you about German beers,
I asked my German fellow about German beer questions.
Then he said he send me some beers.

and NOW, I got it from HIM!

It took about 5 days.
but he was told postman that it’ll take about 10 days.
HOW FAST!

actually, I don’t drink it yet.
but it won’t be wrong…

The other day, I had a chat from the man who I don’t know.
I said “Who is this?”
He said “Hi, grandpa!”
“I’m not your grandpa.” I replied.
“Sorry for wrong name.”
“Yeah it’s OK.”
The chat of that day was end.

but
This morning.
I had a message.
I thought he was the same man who took wrong call.
I asked him just in case
“Who is this?”
“Aren’t you a grandpa?”
“I’m not your grandpa. I’m Japanese and live in Japan.”
“That’s awesome” he said.
“Do you speak Japanese?”
“Of course I do.”
“then Why do you speak English well?”
“I’m not well, but I’m studying.”

Wow! started chat with him!

He lives in U.S.A.
and he’s student.

I asked him
“What do you want to be in the future?”
“Do something peaceful like writing or photography in the nature.”
I said
“Nice dream!”

Then our talk ended.
I felt the kind of tenderness.

Suddenly, I got a chat from my friend.

Little bit busy this morning 🙂

先日、朝、起きると知らない人からチャットがあった（もちろん英語で）。
「誰だ？」
と聞くと
「ジョーだよ、おじいちゃん」
「オレは君のおじいちゃんじゃないよ」
と返すと
「名前を間違えちゃったみたいだ、ごめんなさい」
と言ってきたので
「全然OKだよ」
と、ここで終わった。

そして
今日、起きてみると
また同じジョー君から間違え電話ならぬ間違えチャットが（笑）
念のため
「誰だ？」
と聞くと
「おじいちゃんじゃないの？」
と聞くから
「おじいちゃんじゃない」
「オレは日本人だ」
「日本に住んでる」
と答えたら
「オー、それは素晴らしい、日本語しゃべれるの？」
「もちろん」
「なのになんで英語が出来るの？」
「今勉強中だから」

って感じでチャットが始まってしまった。
彼はミシガン州に住む、もうすぐ高校生。
ミシガンはつまんないところだよ
って言っていた。

でも将来、何になりたいの？
って聞いたら
自然と関わってものを書いたり写真を撮ったりしたいんだ。
って答えた。

Nice Dreamだね！
って答えてからチャットを終えた。

なんだか優しい気持ちになった。

と思ったら
今度は別のチャットが．．．

．．．な、朝だった。
