この前テレビで東山紀之氏が腹筋を1日1000回やってるって聞いて
いつものようにものすごくモチベーション上がって、また一気にやりまくってたら案の定、腹筋が筋肉痛に(笑)。さすがだな、自分。何回同じことやれば気が済むんだろう?でも、どうしてもやりたくなっちゃうんだよな。1ヶ月100km走るとも言ってたな。それは、頑張ればなんとかなりそうかな。ウソだけど(笑)
