I don’t know since when,
but lately my breakfast is the combination of Banana, Coffee and Hi-C.
I read the book about “Absorbing and Discharging.”
the book tells that Time of Absorbing and Discharging.
AM4~PM12
Discharging time
PM12~PM8
Eating time
PM8~AM4
Absorbing time.
so we don’t need a lot of food at breakfast.
I think the combination of those are enough.
