WMC微弱なテレビ信号サービスを使用出来ません。WMC tv signal problem
Windows Media Centerで地デジが見れないとき
7年使って来たPCがご臨終。
テレビとして使って来たので
あたらしいものを買うことに。
地デジ内蔵PCを購入して
セッティングしてみたところ
「サービスを使用出来ません」
「微弱なテレビ信号」
といったエラーが出てしまい
一向に見られない。
チャンネルの検出は5つしかしない。
ググってもヒントすら見つからないので
パソコンメーカーに問い合わせ、
WMCのアンインストール、インストールを繰り返したが
結果は同じ。
「これでダメでしたら自己責任でブースターをおつなげください」
と言うので
今まで時間を費やしてくれたことを感謝しつつ電話を切った。
が、自己責任と言われるものは
すべてやらん主義。
アンテナケーブルが悪いのかなと思い
近所の電気屋さんに相談したところ、
ケーブルが原因のことは少ないとのこと、
JCOMさんに相談してみたら？
と言われたので
JCOMさんに電話。
素晴らしい対応。
電話の方の対応も素晴らしければ
作業員さんの対応はもっと素晴らしかった。
訪問して見てもらうと
すぐに原因が分かったようだ。
原因は
電波が弱いのではなく
強過ぎたこと。
なので減衰器を挿して6デジベル落としたら
あれだけ見られなかった地デジが
やっと見れた。
地デジデビュー（おそ過ぎ）！
でも、これ、電波が弱いのではなく
強すぎることが原因なんて
たぶん、JCOMさんが来てくれなければ分からなかった。
もし、自分と同じ苦労をしてる方の手伝いにでもなればと思い、
自分が検索したものと同じ文章をタイトルにしました。

この減衰器をつけてもフリーズするようだったら
外してみるとうまくいくみたい。
WMC tv signal is not strong. you can’t use this service.
PC which’s been using for about 7years died recently.
We used it as TV.
So we decided to buy new PC.
Then we bought a new one.
And did set it.
But we couldn’t watch TV.
Messages were:
You can’t use this service.
TV signal is not strong.
We couldn’t find only 5 of 23 channel.
I searched for that by Google but I couldn’t.
So I called the service center of this PC.
And as she told me, I did uninstall WMC and install it.
Of course I couldn’t.
“If you couldn’t, maybe you need to use booster for it.
But take full responsibility for it.”
I thought that problem was cable I use.
I went to the store and I asked for it.
But she said that it’s not cable’s problem.
Have the JCOM’s staff see it.
I called the JCOM and he said “let the one of staffs go there.”
Next evening, he came to my room.
And soon after he came, he found what the problem was.
Problem was not too weak of its signal and problem was too strong of it.
After he did put the plug which is for weak signal on it, finally we became watch TV!
Apparently, no one could fix except him.
