お使いのマシンにレパードがインストールされていれば
Control + Command +D
を任意の単語上でクリックすることで
辞書が現れます。

上記図の「Dictionary」と書いてあるダウンドロップ▼を
クリックすれば英和辞典も可能です。

もちろん
ウィンドウズではフリーソフトで沢山このような
ソフトがあると思うので
僕がアドバイスするまでもないっすね。
