サーバー移転しなかった I did’t change the server.

サーバー移転の件ですが、
色々と調べていくうちに
サーバーが原因ではないということが
分かったので
今回は
サーバー移転はしないことにしました。

ただ、問題は解決していないので
たまに表示されないこともあるかもしれません。

そんなときはどうか
暖かい目で見守ってやってください。

Finally, I didn’t change the server because I found that there isn’t the problem of the server.
I searched a lot of sites which were written about wordpress and the server.
Apparently, the reason why we can’t see my blog sometimes is not because the server I’m using is getting worse.
So I decided that I don’t change the server.
But the problem is unresolved and you may can’t see my blog sometimes.

サーバー移転を考えています。
失敗したら一時的にサイトが見られなくなるかもしれませんが
数日中になんとかします。
というか、まずは失敗しないようになんとかします。

I’m thinking of changing the server.
So if I failed, you cannot see my website.

歯茎が腫れたら（自力で3日で治す方法）If your gums are swollen

自分は下記URLのように何年かに一度ものすごく歯茎が腫れることがある

以前はその度に歯医者さんに行ってたんだけど
最近は歯医者が遠くなったというのをきっかけに
自分で治してみようと思って実践
一応、治って来た感じなのでその方法を書きます。

※症状がひどい人や別の症状の人はこの方法では治らないこともあります

・自力で歯茎の腫れを治した方法

基本は一日に3回イソジンでうがいするだけなんだけど
いくつかポイントが

うがい薬はなるべく薄めない
うがい薬でのうがいはのどに「ガラガラ」ではなく患部に直接あたるように「ぶくぶく」って感じ
うがい後は30分、なにも口に入れないようにする
歯磨き時に歯ブラシを患部に当てないようにする
食事は患部側で食べない
うがい薬はなんでもいい

If your gums are swollen…
I tell you how did I do for that.

1.I did gargle with Isodine.
2.After I gargled, I tried not to eat anything for at least 30 minutes.
3.When I brushed my teeth, I tried not to touch affected area.
4.Don’t eat anything with affected teeth.

We went to the river near our house to see the cherry blossoms (called Sakura.)
It was windy and cold today but we spent the special time.
We had some troubles…
We had a lunch under the tree and there was a crow on that tree.
Believe or not, he left droppings on our hands!
And as I told you it was windy, because of it, we could not eat some things and beer!
But I thought that today was the best day we’ve ever did.
Because we were not angry with it and the potatoes were smiling at us in the face of great difficulties.
Smiling at something is very important thing, don’t you think?

XreaでWordpressが表示されないとき

http://mainte.xrea.com/
にアクセス

1）自分のサーバー名の右側にある管理画面にログイン

2）左メニューからデータベースを選択

3）画面下の方にある「PhpMyAdimn」 のログインをクリック

4）Language を日本語にし
左のメニューからデータベースを選択する
データベースは任意のものを選択するとしばらくしてから一覧が出る

5）下の方に行き、すべてチェックするをクリックした後
「チェックしたものを」から「テーブルを最適化する」を選択

※選択するだけでいい

If you use Xrea server,
Go to http://mainte.xrea.com/

1. look for your server number then click log in button which is on the right side.
2. choose your database on left side menu.
3. Link of “PhpMyAdmin” is bottom of this page, click it.
4. Change the languages you want and choose your database.
5. Go to the bottom of this page and click “Check all.”
6. Click “With selected” and choose “Optimize table.”
