ここ最近、暑過ぎですが、
体、壊したりしてませんか？

自分の知り合いでも
暑さに体壊してる方がいるようです。

自分もこの前
ビールをおいしく飲むためだけに
水分を取るのを我慢してたら
倒れそうになりました（笑）
ペットボトルのお茶を3口飲んだら即効で治りました。

なので、
水分補給は、かなり重要だと思いますよ。

Speaking of my health, the other day, I didn’t drink anything because I wanted to drink beer better.
But I became thirsty and I was getting down.
So I sipped the tea three times. Then I felt better.

この前テレビでデューク更家さんが朝からシャンパン飲んでるのを見て、本当に憧れた。
朝はコーヒーとバナナとシャンパン。

I watched TV program about Mr. Duke Saraie’s breakfast the other day.
Every breakfast, he drinks champagne.
I wish I was the man like him.
Usually, he eats coffee, banana and champagne for breakfast.
Only coffee and banana are same as mine though.
I don’t drink champagne in the morning but I wish.
Why is he tough? Because he trains everyday?
Although the things he eats are little bit odd, he doesn’t eat too much.
Is it good to his health?
By the way,
Although I said that I didn’t watch TV much,
I’ve been watching TV too much these days hah?

こんなにうまいビールがあっていいのか？
僕はもう、長い間、黒ラベルのファンで、飲み続けているけれども、この「シルクエビス」は、軽く黒ラベルの味を超えてしまった。
生ビールかと思った。
そんな泡立ち。
泡立ちって英語でなんて言うんだ。
クリーミーとかでいいのかな？
いや、きっと違う。
とにかくうまいのです。でも高いのです（笑）
