This morning
I ran for the first time in a week.

I made a stew for dinner.

Actually, I do not dislike cooking.

I especially like cook while listening to the music.

these days I listening to the practice of English.

I always forget passage of time.

it looks like curry rather than stew.

but it’ll be okay.

Stew and red wine are in harmony.

I can’t go out for work out this week.

partly because I caught a cold

partly because works of this week were really hard.
