この前テレビで東山紀之氏が腹筋を1日1000回やってるって聞いて
いつものようにものすごくモチベーション上がって、また一気にやりまくってたら案の定、腹筋が筋肉痛に（笑）。さすがだな、自分。何回同じことやれば気が済むんだろう？でも、どうしてもやりたくなっちゃうんだよな。1ヶ月100km走るとも言ってたな。それは、頑張ればなんとかなりそうかな。ウソだけど（笑）

I heard Higashiyama, who’s actor has been doing 1000 sit-ups a day and I had a high motivation to do it. Then I did a lot of sit-ups.
Well, just as your expected, I’ve got a muscular pain in my body. That’s me, Isn’t that?
How many times do I same thing and will the day come that I understand that?
But Every time I hear the thing like that, I always have a high motivation.
He said that he runs 100 km a month.
OK. maybe I can do that if I I make little effort.
It’s just only joke though 😀

someone says most of the blogs write about good things or ordinary things.
Is that true?
I don’t  think most of the blog writers’ articles are about good things.
so i have a lot of things what I want to say, but I have to take care of it.
if I have the things what I really want to say,I’m going to to tell you on my lyrics or magazine.
I try to take care not to write it on my blog.
in other words, I wish that day will soon come!

I didn’t buy anything last year.
I got ones MP3.
as I told you I sold ones about two years ago.
since then I bought anything.
I’m not particular about it though.
I’ve been lovin’ ones I already have.
I’m not particular about new ones.
I think I told you same things these days about music.

昨日は焼き肉用の肉を買いに家から7分ほどのスーパーに鈴木祥子のLove, painful love を聞きながら歩いていった。

音楽聞きながらだと、あっという間。
7分だから2曲が終わる頃、着いてしまう。
そして帰りにまた2曲。

そしてドイツの友達からMotorpsychoが去年のベストアルバムだっていうメールをもらって、触発されてMotorpsychoを家で聞いた。

最近は、皿洗いとか面倒くさいなって思った時に音楽を聞くようにすると、bad time から happy timeに早変わり。

音楽の力ってホントにすごい。
なきゃなくても生きてられるけど
あるとものすごく幸せになれるでしょ？

Yesterday, I walked to the supermarket which takes 7 minutes from my house to buy some meats for BBQ.
With listening to the Syoko Suzuki album titled “Love, painful love.”

I don’t feel it’s far because I listen to the music.
If I don’t, I feel it’s far from my house.
I arrived the supermarket when the 2 songs finished.
And I arrived at home when the 2 more songs finished.

After I arrived, I got a mail from German friends he said that Motorpsycho’s album is his best of last year.
So I wanted to listen to them.

These days, if there’s a time when I don’t like washing some dishes, I listen to the music favorite ones.
Bad times change to the Good times so quickly.

I always think that music power is great.
Maybe I can live without it.
But if I’m with it, I can be so happy.
